Steve & Phill’s horn comb

Horn is similar in composition to human hair and has been popular in beard care for thousands of years as a material for combs. For good reason: horn is a virtually antistatic material, which is why hair barely gets any electrostatic charge during combing. Combing with a horn comb is therefore often described as particularly beneficial: the skin is actively supplied with blood, old beard hairs are removed, and the newly growing ones are optimally cared for.
